Setting up Option

Since Engtex is the only stock we are currently holding and gaining more Engtex will only reduce our average unit cost by a few cents, we are looking at an option to buy other stock. We are eyeing Karensoft as its price currently at near bottom of a year prices. We are also considering PMIND which we believe can create suprises in years to come. 1 clear decision made; to set up an option.

After almost 1 year (started on Sept 13 2005) building up this portfolio, we had achieved a positive Overall "Total Return/Total Investment" of 22.0%. We had started our investment with RM4345.00 and had added RM820.00 within one year period to hold more ENGTEX shares. In return, we had bagged a total gain of RM1135.00 ("Realised Gain - Unrealised Loss").

This is definitely a good achievement as our return percentage is higher than what the average market offer. Hopefully, RicherMalaysian porfolio will continue to grow!
